2. Nature of the Services
Astrological analysis is based on Tariq Sultan's interpretation of the birth information supplied by the client using his chosen astrological methodology.
Astrology is interpretive in nature and is not scientifically established. Different astrologers and systems may reach different conclusions.
Predictions, timing windows and interpretations are not guarantees that a particular event will occur.
Astrological services are provided for personal insight and guidance.
They do not replace professional medical, mental-health, legal, tax, financial, investment or other regulated professional advice.
Clients remain responsible for their own decisions and actions.
3. Accuracy of Birth Information
The quality of an astrological analysis depends substantially on the accuracy of the information supplied by the client.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information including:
- date of birth
- exact birth time
- birthplace
- birth country
- any additional information reasonably required for the chosen service
Astrology Excellence is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect, incomplete or misleading information supplied by the client.
If corrected birth information is provided after substantive work has already begun, additional analysis or reworking may require an additional fee.
4. Orders and Payment
Payment must normally be completed before a consultation, report or other paid service is provided unless otherwise agreed.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
Astrology Excellence does not normally receive or store complete payment-card details.
Prices displayed at checkout are the applicable prices for the order unless an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.
5. Live Consultations
The duration and format of a consultation are stated on the relevant service page.
Clients are responsible for attending at the agreed time and ensuring the contact information they provide is accurate.
Where a consultation needs to be rearranged, the client should contact Astrology Excellence as soon as reasonably possible.
If a client fails to attend an agreed consultation without reasonable notice, Astrology Excellence may treat the consultation as used or require an additional payment before rearranging it.
6. Written and Bespoke Services
Written Horoscope, Life Events Calendar and Ultra Life Horoscope services are individually prepared.
Standard turnaround times may vary depending on workload unless a specific completion period or Express option has been purchased.
Any standard turnaround period described as an estimate is not a guaranteed completion date unless expressly stated otherwise.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Full Horoscope Analysis and Returning Client Analysis
A client may request a full refund provided the request is received before the scheduled consultation begins.
Once the consultation has begun or been completed, no contractual refund is available for cancellation or change of mind except where required by law.
Written Horoscope
A full refund may be requested before substantive personalised work has begun.
For the purposes of this policy, work is considered to have begun when Tariq starts personalised chart analysis, calculations, research, drafting or preparation of the client's written material.
Once substantive work has begun, no contractual refund is normally available for cancellation or change of mind except where required by law.
Where statutory cancellation rights apply, any refund may be reduced to reflect work already performed at the client's express request.
Life Events Calendar
A full refund may be requested before substantive personalised work has begun.
Once chart analysis, timing calculations, drafting or preparation has commenced, no contractual refund is normally available for cancellation or change of mind except where required by law.
Where statutory cancellation rights apply, any refund may be reduced to reflect work already performed at the client's express request.
Ultra Life Horoscope
The Ultra Life Horoscope is a highly bespoke service involving substantial individual analysis, research, drafting and preparation.
A separate Ultra Life Horoscope Purchase Agreement must be accepted or signed before substantive work begins.
That agreement records:
- the bespoke nature of the Ultra service
- the applicable refund and cancellation terms
- the client's request for work to begin where relevant
- the effect that commencement or completion of the service may have on applicable statutory cancellation rights
If a cancellation request is received before substantive personalised work has begun, a full refund may be provided.
Once substantive personalised work has begun, no contractual refund is offered for cancellation or change of mind, except where required by law.
Where statutory cancellation rights apply and the client has expressly requested that work begin during the applicable cancellation period, the client may be required to pay for the proportion of the service already performed.
Once the service has been fully performed, statutory cancellation rights may end where the applicable legal requirements have been satisfied.
Nothing in the Ultra Purchase Agreement or these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Express Services
Express services may begin shortly after payment.
Where relevant, clients purchasing an Express service may be asked to expressly request that work begin before the end of an applicable statutory cancellation period and acknowledge the consequences for their cancellation rights.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms removes, limits or restricts statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Astrology Excellence does not guarantee any particular outcome including:
- employment or promotion
- financial gain
- business success
- marriage or relationship outcomes
- pregnancy or childbirth
- property acquisition
- health outcomes
- legal outcomes
- relocation
- investment returns
- any other specific life event
The purpose of the service is analysis and guidance rather than certainty.
11. Confidentiality
Client consultations, reports, horoscope information, questions, account information and private communications are treated as confidential.
Information may be processed or disclosed where reasonably necessary to provide the service through authorised technology providers, where the client has consented, or where disclosure is required by law.
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Astrology Excellence Privacy Notice.
12. Intellectual Property
Reports, written horoscope materials, educational material, graphics, methodology material and other proprietary content remain the intellectual property of their respective owner.
Clients receive a personal, non-commercial right to use material supplied to them.
Without written permission, clients must not:
- reproduce or distribute complete reports
- publicly publish substantial portions of paid reports
- resell proprietary content
- commercially exploit proprietary content
- reproduce private methodology material
- systematically extract the Intelligence Library
- use the material to create or train a competing astrology product or service
Nothing in this section prevents a client from leaving an honest review or briefly discussing their experience.
13. Reviews and Testimonials
Where a client or reviewer has provided appropriate permission or has publicly published relevant feedback, Astrology Excellence may display that feedback on the website or other marketing channels where there is an appropriate basis for doing so.
Feedback may be reformatted or shortened for presentation provided its substantive meaning is not changed or exaggerated.
Where available, the original review or screenshot may also be displayed or linked for transparency.
14. Client Accounts and Access
Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Accounts must not be shared with other people unless expressly permitted.
Astrology Excellence may suspend or restrict access where there is reasonable evidence of:
- fraud
- misuse
- unauthorised account sharing
- attempts to extract proprietary systems or content
- automated abuse
- security threats
- serious misuse of the service
Any action taken under this section remains subject to applicable consumer rights.
15. Complaints, Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If a client believes there is a problem with a service, they should contact:

Astrology Excellence may contest fraudulent, abusive or demonstrably incorrect payment disputes or chargebacks and may provide relevant evidence to the payment processor or financial institution.

To the extent permitted by law, Astrology Excellence will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from decisions made in reliance on astrological interpretation, predictive timing or AI-generated content.
Clients remain responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice where required.
17. Website and Digital Availability
Astrology Excellence may occasionally update, maintain or temporarily suspend website or account functionality.
Reasonable efforts will be made to maintain access, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
Features may evolve as technology and the service develop.
18. Changes to Services
Astrology Excellence may improve, modify or replace features where reasonably necessary to maintain or develop the service.
Where a change would materially reduce a paid service already purchased by a client, reasonable steps should be taken to preserve the substance of the purchased service or provide an appropriate alternative where required.
19. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time.
The version applicable to a purchase will normally be the version in force when the order is placed unless a change is required by law or expressly agreed with the client.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Kingdom. Nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer protections available to the client.

Is a consultation included?+
Yes. Your £999 Ultra includes a 60-minute personalised consultation with Tariq around or after delivery to discuss the findings, timing and questions arising from your report.
Can I ask specific questions during the call?+
Yes. Bring the parts of your report you want to explore, your current circumstances and the decisions that matter most to you.
Is Ultra suitable if I only have one question?+
Usually another service may be more appropriate. Ultra is intended for clients wanting comprehensive long-term analysis and a written reference they can return to over the years.
Is Ultra refundable?
The separate agreement records your request for work to commence where relevant. Once substantive personalised work has begun, no contractual refund is offered for cancellation or change of mind, except where required by law.
Where statutory cancellation rights apply and you have expressly requested that work begin during the applicable cancellation period, you may be required to pay for the proportion of the service already performed.
Once the service has been fully performed, statutory cancellation rights may end where the applicable legal requirements have been satisfied.
Nothing in the separate Purchase Agreement or the Terms and Conditions removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Tariq will provide your separate Ultra Life Horoscope Purchase Agreement for acceptance or signature before substantive work begins. The checkout acknowledgement does not replace that agreement or record a signature.
